Mercy House is not a "cookie-cutter" organization. Each family and individual has different needs and we strive to meet the families at their needs holistically. Each individual completes a service strategy plan. We look at the areas of education, job skills, life resources, personal hygiene, emotional health, physical and dental health, social relationships, childcare needs, spiritual needs, time management, legal issues and diversity abilities. Residents set goals in each of these areas as needed and along with their case manager, set priorities and make a plan for those goals to be met. We also administer the following programs: HIP (Homeless Intervention Program) VIDA (Savings program) Angelfood Ministries distribution point (see www.angelfoodministries.com)
