24 hour domestic violence shelter. They have an in house substance abuse program along with support groups and children's programs.
Our shelter is an 85-bed facility that offers 90 days of free lodging and services, including case management, therapy for adults and children, enrichment classes, a children's program, and safety planning onsite, 24/7. All of these services are consistent with our mission to shelter and empower survivors of intimate partner domestic violence.
SAFE House residents have full access to our shelter kitchen, which prepares nutritious breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks every day of the year. Special meals are served on Mothers Day, Independence Day, Super Bowl Sunday, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and more. Each year, our kitchen serves more than 25,000 meals.
Our shelter also has laundry facilities onsite, a playground network, a basketball area, and a close proximity to the Albuquerque Metropolitan area.
