Comment 1. - User Linda states - Was very dissatisfied with the way management ran the shelter. There was no control over the residents. Teenagers were just hanging out roaming about. The staff was not concerned about the situation. Cursing and disruptive behavior was allowed. Men were hanging outside the office door and front gate talking to the women on the patio. Signs are even posted on the iron gates no loitering. The security guards are obviously not monitoring the areas. It was a very unsettling environment to be placed in.
