Housing Programs:

EMERGENCY SHELTER provides a refuge for the night, case management, breakfast and dinner, and a shower and laundry services for men and women older than 18. Individuals can stay in the Emergency Shelter for up to 60 days. Clients may work on goals to focus on finding more suitable housing. Contact is at 412-345-7148 or Allegheny Link at 1-866-730-2368.

SHORT-STAY PROGRAM offers transitional housing for up to 6 months for men and women. Our case managers work with participants to develop a plan for moving toward self-sufficiency. Learn More. Contact us at 412-345-3550.

BRIDGE HOUSING
 is a one-year residential program for men who are transitioning from short-term sheltering to independent living. The program includes one-on-one and group counseling, and case management. To learn more. Contact us at 412-345-7158.

FAITH (Families Achieving Independence Through Housing) is a scattered-site permanent supportive housing program for families who have a family member with a physical or mental disability. Our case managers work with participants to develop a plan for moving towards self-sufficiency. To learn more, contact us at 412-345-7164.

PENNFREE HOUSING
 provides individual or group counseling, case management for men and women who are recovering from drug/alcohol addiction, and rent support. To learn more, call us at 412-345-7162.

SAFE HAVEN / SAFE HAVEN ACCESSIBLE
 offers permanent housing and support for ten chronically homeless men who have mental health problems. Two of the residences are accessible to, and meant specifically for, men who also have a physical disability. Residents enjoy a stable environment where they can work toward a new and better lifestyle. To learn more, call 412-345-0028.

ORR COMPASSIONATE CARE CENTER
 The William and Mildred Orr Compassionate Care Center provides 24-hour shelter and non-medical respite care for adults who are unable to return to their prior housing situation, and are in need of a supportive place to recuperate after being discharged from the hospital.
