Comment 2. - User Ashli states - I would like to say that I am an Abilene resident and the 180 House is not a homeless shelter. It is strictly a house for recovering drug addicts and alcoholics- not homeless. They will not take in homeless, the residents have to pay rent that is not by any means cheap and so it is not affordable to those that are homeless who are even addicted or recovering.
