Rock Valley Community Programs, Inc. (RVCP) has renovated 24 studio apartments (each with separate kitchenette and bathroom) to offer transitional housing and supportive services to homeless veterans. Each unit provides housing for 2 homeless veterans so we will be able to serve 48 homeless veterans at a time. RVCP works in conjunction with our supportive service providers at the Department of Veteran Affairs Madison Medical Center as well as local agencies to offer a comprehensive menu of services and supports that can readily adjusted to meet each individual's needs and pathways.
