   Terrible experience. Counselor told me he would be presenting my case(homeless) ti the VA on a Tuesday 2 weeks ago. It still hasn't been done. Yesterday I requested another gas card in order to continue my apartment search, I was denied,got into a problem with the counselor. I am banned. No problem,its for the best,they are useless. And now the VA has them handling veterans cases. I see nothing good coming from this. Their mission is the "bottom line",not helping people.

   Susan Colwell here, I was a client there in February 2018, thanks for all your help, without you I would have died. I have been in California since November 2018 now receiving help from the good people of Los Angeles county. Terrible things have happened but it is good to be alive, I am so glad you were there, thanks a million and God be with you.
