Since 1995, Community Partnership for Homeless has been assisting homeless men, women and children in transitioning off the streets of Miami-Dade County and on their way to attaining greater stability and self-sufficiency in their lives. As the private sector partner of the Miami Dade County Homeless Trust, we have continually been recognized as a national model for our comprehensive approach to helping the homeless. Our program's main catalyst for success the Homeless Assistance Centers operate as one-stop temporary care entry points that provide not just food and shelter, but comprehensive case management, healthcare, daycare, job training and other assistance from a variety of social service agencies all under one roof.

Above all, however, is our deeply held conviction that those temporarily homeless persons in our care shall always be treated with the greatest compassion, dignity and respect.

I called the Chapman partnership program because I got a call from my son and yes he is over the age of 18 but in the call he was really concerned about a situation that he was having so I called then to speak with someone and I was told because he's an adult they cannot discuss anything with me so I ask them a question even if he give authorization for me to talk for him are or even to discuss the situation that he was going through the young lady told me no because she wouldn't know if that was him and that didn't make any sense to me at all. I asked could I speak to her supervisor she laughed at me and hung up the phone so this is one of the reason I'm sending this email because first of all that was not professional at all and any time you request a supervisor a supervisor should always be there to provide customer service not for employee to laugh and hang up the phone; every time I call back sent me to voicemail. I will be calling the mayor's office or my Commissioners Office, thank you have a wonderful day.
