After first visit you will receive a follow up call requesting additional information.
They will schedule an appointment for your permanent registration.

Proof of residence
Physical address (no P.O. boxes)
Meet USDA Income Guidelines
Gross Income for all living in the household OR Receive SSI or SNAP benefits
Full Name, Date of Birth, Relationship to You, Race, Gender, and Employment Status
Cannot be enrolled in any other food pantry
